Refunds & Returns Policy

At I Thrive Here and Pemrose Media Ltd., our goal is to ensure every client has a positive and valuable experience with our coaching, memberships, and digital resources. While we stand behind the quality of our services and products, we also recognize that clear boundaries are necessary to protect both our clients and our business.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Coaching Sessions & Memberships
  • Coaching Sessions (1:1 and Group): Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited. Should a provable emergency happen within that time frame happen, contact us and a rescheduling, refund, or partial refund may be assessed on a case by case basis.
  • Membership Programs (including The Trailblazer Alliance and Ascension Institute): Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel future billing at any time, and access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you feel that a coaching session or program did not deliver the agreed-upon value, you must let us know within the time frame of the session so we can address your concern. Refund requests after that period will not be honored.

Digital Products & Online Courses
  • All digital products (e.g., audio downloads, PDFs, online courses, meditations, and toolkits) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated due to the nature of instant access once purchased.
  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, we will provide reasonable support to ensure delivery.

Physical Products

For physical merchandise purchased through our store:

  • Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Items that are opened, used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for refund.
  • Gift cards, sale items, and perishable or personal care products are non-returnable.

Refund Process
  • If your return or refund request is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account and/or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider. Processing times may vary.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at customerservice@ithrivehere.com

Exchanges

We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at customerservice@ithrivehere.com
